The War rages on!

 

 

The war rages on and England is giving the colonists alot of trouble. You are a soldier in the Continental Army and you have been requested by General Washington for a special assignment. This one will not involve combat however, this will involve stealth and espionage. He wants you to be a spy for the Continental Army!

****As we conclude our unit on the Revolutionary war, you will take on the role of a spy for the colonists. Remember, the key to this assignment is to fully immerse yourself into the time period. Make sure you read the tasks and follow the steps.****

With this task, Students will be able to:

 

  • Support claim(s) with clear reasons and relevant evidence, using credible sources and demonstrating an understanding of the topic or text

  • Introduce a topic; organize ideas, concepts, and information, using strategies such as definition, classification, comparison/contrast, and cause/effect; include formatting (e.g., headings), graphics (e.g., charts, tables), and multimedia when useful to aiding comprehension

  • Write narratives to develop real or imagined experiences or events using effective technique, relevant descriptive details, and well-structured event sequences.
